ORDER PROCESS 

Belkys Studio ships orders from Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. Belkys Studio delivers worldwide. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please email us at info@belkysstudio.com with your order number to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing your order, or if your order has already shipped.

STOLEN PACKAGES

When you add Shipping Package Protection—a package protection and tracking solution at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Purchased Shipping Package Protection and need to file a shipping issue? Find the claim link in our footer menu under "Claim Portal". We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
