Returns & Exchanges
Free returns within 30 days for US orders.
You can return your item(s) by filling out this form within 30 days of when your order was received. Once we approve the return request, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
- Orders made with promo codes (not including initial sign up code) are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit. This includes Black Friday Sales.
- Original shipping charges and Route Package Protection are non-refundable. We will take care of the return label charges ONLY FOR USA. International orders will have to pay for return labels. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
- All sales items cannot be returned and can only be exchanged
- If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
If you are exchanging an item, it is the same process as initiating a return. However once we receive the package and ensure it meets all our conditions we will send out the requested exchange item and send email confirmation of the new shipping information.

STOLEN PACKAGES
